Email partners@bvsdoctors.uk with a short brief: brand name, channels (TikTok/IG/YT/Meta handles), expected publishing cadence and primary editorial axis (Health · Technology · Politics · Art).
Editorial fit review
BVS DOCTORS LTD assesses the brand's editorial fit within the BVS Doctors network. Typical turnaround is five business days, after which we confirm alignment and assign the appropriate brand — BVS Medya, BVS Dijital, or both.
Sign editorial-services agreement
Counter-signed by BVS DOCTORS LTD. The agreement defines the scope of services, deliverables, channels covered, content review workflow and OAuth scope for the publishing platform.
OAuth + go live
The partner brand owner authorises BVS Social Manager via OAuth on each connected platform (TikTok / YouTube / Meta). Each upload is human-reviewed and approved by the partner brand's authorised representative before publication.

Parties
BVS DOCTORS LTD (operator, UK) and the Partner Brand owner (an individual practitioner, clinic, institution, label or commentator within the BVS Doctors network).
Scope of services
Editorial services, video production, digital product delivery and publishing to platforms authorised via OAuth — TikTok, YouTube, Meta and (forthcoming) LinkedIn.
Content ownership
Partner brand retains ownership of its brand name, channels and final content unless otherwise agreed. BVS DOCTORS LTD retains ownership of the platform, source code and any reusable production tooling.
Editorial control
Every published item is human-reviewed and approved by the partner brand's authorised representative or an editorial-services member assigned to the partner. BVS Social Manager does not publish content automatically without human approval.
Data & privacy
Personal data processed under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR. BVS DOCTORS LTD acts as controller for platform operational data and processor for partner brand content. Full terms in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. The partner brand may revoke OAuth authorisation at any time directly from its TikTok / YouTube / Meta account settings.
